HotelLogistiek provides a B2B platform for hotel management and logistical support to the hospitality sector. Our services include staff training, inventory procurement strategies, and software solutions for optimizing occupancy rates, specifically targeted at boutique hotels.
Your rights: You have the right to use our platforms and services as described, subject to these terms.
Your obligations: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for complying with all applicable laws. Misuse of the platform, including uploading harmful content, is prohibited.
All prices for subscriptions, training, or software are displayed transparently. Payments are due according to the agreed invoice terms. Refunds for already delivered digital services or commenced training are not provided, unless legally required.
HotelLogistiek is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the relevant year.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the platform immediately in case of a violation of these terms. You can cancel your account at any time via the account settings or by contacting us.
